Dr. Ali Al Mujali:
medical expertise that grows with a lasting digital presence
Rare expertise deserves to be known by its owner’s name. We built Dr. Ali a personal digital presence he owns: it starts with a study and a strategy, rests on assets that last, and widens with every article, every patient and every year.

- August 2026Digital presence review and market study
- StrategyA three-phase roadmap
- FoundationIdentity, accounts, Google profile, website, articles
- October 2026Website launch, and the work continues
Where we started
We began with a full review of the doctor’s presence: his Instagram and TikTok accounts, what Google shows about him, and how he compares with the Saudi market.
What he had
- Saudi Board certification and a Korean fellowship in facial and jaw aesthetics.
- Hands-on experience and partnerships with several well-known medical centers.
- A verified Instagram account with content showing real results.
What we found
- Patients found the center before the doctorHis name appeared on Google, but through the pages of the centers he works with, not through a presence he owns.
- No website or Google profile in his nameNo personal home for his expertise and credentials, and no Google Maps profile carrying his name.
- An inconsistent identityChanging design styles made the account read as if it came from several sources, not as one personal brand.
- Content without a planNo steady posting schedule, and bio links sent visitors to the centers’ accounts instead of building his own presence.
The opportunity: Dr. Ali’s expertise builds trust every day. The aim is for that trust to add up under his own name, in assets he owns, that stay with him wherever he practises and grow over time.
The market study
We analysed the most visible plastic and facial surgeons in Saudi Arabia and found that those who rank aren’t necessarily the most qualified, but those who built digital assets under their own name.
The gap between Dr. Ali and the doctors who rank wasn’t medical expertise. It was putting that expertise to work online.
The strategy
The goal: make Dr. Ali’s name the first reference when patients search for facial and jaw surgery in Saudi Arabia, with a presence he owns and that isn’t tied to any workplace.
- Phase one
Build the foundation
One identity, consistent accounts and a Google profile in his name.
- Phase two
Build authority
A personal website and content that build trust and search visibility.
- Phase three
Establish the reference
A presence that grows and is measured every month.
The build
Every piece serves the others: the identity ties them together, the accounts and articles lead to the website, and the website and Google profile turn searches into bookings.
- Identity
A consistent visual identity
One logo, palette and design style across the website and every account, so the doctor is recognised at a glance.
See the full identity - Accounts
Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat and YouTube
Accounts set up with a consistent professional name and bio, links that lead to his website instead of the centers’ accounts, and an official YouTube channel.
- Maps
A Google Business Profile in his name
A profile carrying the doctor’s name, linking him to Google Maps and his website, and collecting his patients’ reviews.
- Website
A personal website in two languages
A page for each procedure, a before and after gallery with patients’ consent, bookings straight to his email, and all three clinics given equal weight.
- Search
SEO that Google and AI can read
Every page reaches search engines and ChatGPT complete, with structured medical data on his credentials, clinics and procedures, connected to Google and Bing tools.
- Content
Articles answering patients’ questions
Articles in Arabic and English such as “Surgical chin augmentation or filler?” and “How long do facelift results last?”, bringing patients from search to the procedure page.
The foundation in numbers
- 11weeks from the study to the website launch
- 44pages in Arabic and English, including one per procedure
- 10articles in two languages answering patients’ questions
- 4accounts under one identity, plus a Google profile in his name
The journey didn’t end at setup
The foundation is the beginning. A digital presence builds up over time, so we continue with Dr. Ali in phase three: regular content, new articles, new before and after cases as patients consent, reviews, and a monthly look at what is improving and what needs adjusting.
We will add his Google visibility numbers here after the first three months.
